Project Superintendent

Abbey Lane Homes is looking to add a Project Superintendent to their already strong team. They will be exposed to wood frame and concrete and load bearing steel methods of constructing residential condominiums in the city of Edmonton.

The Project Superintendent reports to the Construction Manager and is responsible for the following site management functions:

• Responsible for the site management of construction operations to professionally meet company objectives;
• Ensure testing and inspections are carried out when required;
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements;
• Work with Project Coordinator on reviewing and modifying the schedule;
• Maintain positive liaison with sub trades and suppliers to ensure meeting of installation and delivery dates;
• Ensure compliance with plans and specs.

Good communication, time management and organizational skills are required to ensure successful project execution and administration. Minimum 5 years experience with an emphasis on residential condominium construction required.
